'private tour' means privately chartered: the practical side of the tour is tailored to your request and the guide we provide is dedicated exclusively to your family or group on the tour itself.
Nancy Aiello Tours does NOT have on-line booking engines and full automated reply systems. If you want no service, no experience, a sense of not caring, people that refer to you as a number or if you like to wait on hold for an hour then you are at the wrong destination management company. We want to give you the quality service that you deserve.
Nancy Aiello Tours does NOT offer tours to individuals wishing to join a larger group tour. For that you require a scheduled coach tour operator.

• The guide: Your tour will be conducted by a friendly qualified licensed professional guide (or driver-guide for car tours when applicable) providing a knowledgeable commentary and assisting with practical issues.

• Pick-up/drop-off: Upon request you can be picked-up for your tour anywhere in Italy, whether at your hotel, place of residence, or venue of your request. The same applies as a dropping-off point after the tour.

• Timings: The guide will meet you at the recommended start time or at a start time of your request. It is your responsibility to be at the starting point of tour on time. We recommend giving yourselves extra time to make sure that you arrive to the meeting point for the scheduled start time of the tour. Tour for late arrivals may be shortened so that the tour finishes at the original scheduled time.

• Lunch: An appropriate restaurant, traditional trattoria or pizza stop can be arranged for lunch (note: tour price does not include food or refreshments). The tour guide and/or driver guide will be happy to provide suggestions if requested.

• Clothing: Guests should dress appropriately making allowances for the changeable seasonal weather, outdoor activities or visiting churches, etc. Our main tip is to dress comfortably and respect churches dress code. When visiting churches always ensure that you dress appropriately, no shorts or sleeveless dresses. By not being properly attired you run into the risk of being denied entry.
