My overall experience was very good. I have to say that the BEST was the person I never met that was Ann, who coordinated everything via email. She responded immediately, even on Sundays, resolved all our issues and helped in every possible way.
The tour guides where nice and courteous, but with everything involving humans some where better than others. Our tour guide in Florence was very knowledgeable!
I would definitely recommend it to my friends!
