Our time in Rome was fantastic! Suggested itinerary was great for the 2 days we used your services – a perfect mix to keep everyone in our party interested and engaged despite the fact that we ranged in age from 10 to 76! Our tour guide was amazing!!I cannot say enough about her. Took extra care to include and point out things to ensure that our youngest son, (Kevin age 10) had a wonderful time!! Kevin wants to know when he can go back and attend gladiator school! The grandmas also thought she was fantastic. My mother in law has done a great deal of traveling in the 10 years that she has been retired — in fact, she has covered most of the globe by plane, train, car and ship and she said that our guide was the most informative tour guide she has ever come across!! English was perfect (much better than ours) and her Italian was beautiful. choices of lunch spots gave our group a true taste of Roman food. My husband initially asked me how we were going to cover everything you suggested in 6 hours each day, but we did and never felt rushed. children fell in love with Rome and want to know when we will be going back! made sure they threw coins into the Trevi Fountain. The drivers were great (they were different each day) and accommodated my Mother on the stops she skipped due to her limited mobility. The Mercedes vans were very comfortable. It was great to be able to walk into every site we visited without having to wait in line only regret was that we had only 2 full days in Rome. Services are excellent and I plan to tell everyone how wonderful your company is!!

Hello! Specifically also to Ann who assisted in coordinating our tour: Thank you so much for this email, I am including my responses and was planning to email you today and let you know that I will be submitting my post to Travel Mamas today. I will be in touch with the link as soon as the post is live. My responses as well to your questions:
Our overall experience with Nancy Aiello Tours was wonderful! Vincenzo was a hit with my children who wanted him to stay with us for our remaining days in Rome. From start to finish my emails prior to our visit were response to quickly and professionally. It can be very stressful to try and accomplish such a tour with 3 very young children- however Vincenzo read us perfectly and gave us exactly the kind of tour to keep us interested and entertained.
In a word or a sentence, how would you describe your experience with Nancy Aiello Tours? Tailor made for what our family was hoping to see and experience on a guided tour.
I would absolutely recommend Nancy Aiello Tours to my family and friends! I plan to include our very positive experience in an upcoming Travel Mamas post- and have already completed a TripAdvisor review. I would tell anyone going to Rome that this is the tour company to check out. My trip advisor link: http://goo.gl/B6oyVO
If you do not mind me asking how did you come across Nancy Aiello Tours? I googled family tours in Rome.
Thank you again so much for this experience and I will be in touch soon.
We thoroughly enjoyed both of our tours. On Monday, we toured with Laura. She was engaging and informative. We all learned so much. We had a fun trivia game at lunch after the tour, and we were very impressed with how much information our 7 and 9 year old girls retained. Laura made it interesting and presented the information in a way that they could understand.
On Tuesday, we toured the Vatican and also had a great experience. Our guide was patient and full of interesting information. He also presented the tour in a way that the children could understand. He was very knowledgeable, and we really enjoyed our time with him. We would definitely recommend Nancy Aiello Tours for other families with children. We were very pleasantly surprised by the guides and how they interacted with our children on an age appropriate level. We saw the tours of people wearing headphones and were immediately relieved that we had fun, interactive, engaging private guides for our children and for ourselves. We found Nancy Aiello Tours first through a blog online about a father traveling with his son. I looked up “Seeing Rome with children”. We then researched your company and saw a lot of positive feedback. Thank you again!
