Thank you for contacting me. I was planning on providing you feedback on our visit, so now is that time. Our overall experience with Nancy Aiello tours was very favorable. Booking Process. Same. Tour Experience. Terrific. Lucia was an EXCELLENT guide. Very considerate and kind, very knowledgeable, very good at everything. We loved being with her and were supper happy that she was selected to be our guide. Federico, our driver, was the same. On time, courteous, helpful and very attentive to detail. An excellent driver. We were also very pleased that he was selected to be our driver. If Lucia and Federico are examples of those individuals you hire, your organization should really excel. Which culminate in responding to your last inquiry: Would we recommend Nancy Aiello tours to our friends. Our answer: YES

MORE EXPERIENCES TO INSPIRE YOUR ITALIAN VACATION
We just returned from our week trip to Italy and the 4 days we spent in Rome with your knowledgeable, energetic and fun guide Roberta were fantastic.
I truly believe we saw more in 4 days than most people see in 2 weeks. Roberta made sure we never stood in line for anything – we literally walked into both the Vatican and the Vatican museum. Besides seeing many of the major sites in Rome proper, we also spent a day in Tivoli. Our group of 9 ranged in age from 12 to 69and had a variety of interests and physical abilities.
Roberta made sure that there something each day to appeal to every member of our family. For example, my 69-year-old dad wanted to visit some local open air markets and try restaurants with some true atmosphere; my teenage sons were interested in the more bizarre sites such as the catacombs and the Crypt of the Capuchin. This is just a sampling of what we accomplished in a very few days. We were able to go at a pace that kept the younger members involved, but did not wear out my parents.
For our family, this was a truly memorable experience and the best way to see Rome in a short time.
Hello. I apologize for this tardy reply, but did want to get back to you about our tour. Everything about the experience was excellent, and I thought the tour was a good value. Our guide (Lucia) was terrific the perfect mix of energy and humor for our kids, and knowledge and insider info for the adults. My husband was skeptical about getting a private guide but was very pleased with how it turned out and agreed it was the best way. My 11 year old daughter cites our Vatican tour as the highlight of our trip to Rome. And my 6 year old son still can tell people how many heads he counted in the gallery with Lucia! I appreciated how quickly I was able to make the arrangements with your office (less than a week before our visit) and also I appreciated that before Lucia said goodbye to us she made sure we knew how to continue to explore St. Peters (we wanted to climb to the top of the dome) and she did not just abandon us at the exit from the Sistine Chapel.
Overall it was terrific, and just writing this makes me want to start planning our next trip back. I would absolutely recommend your company to anyone visiting Rome! Many thanks,
