Ann Sadly, we returned home last night from a wonderful holiday in Italy. I wanted to take a moment to thank you again for such a great experience. Nancy Aiello Tours played a very large role in our holiday, from the initial emails with you through our tours, and every tour exceeded our expectations. The family tours in Florence with Silvia and Ancient Rome with Lucia were outstanding. Their ability to keep the children engaged and interested and entertained for three hours was amazing and wonderful to witness. That was exactly the reason I chose your tour company and you did not disappoint! Further, Maurizio was such a wonderful guide on our tour through Chianti. He was such an engaging individual as well and was very knowledgeable on the region and the wineries.
What a fabulous tour company and team of guides you have working with you. Please pass along our gratitude to everyone involved. I am happy to act as a reference to anyone who is interested in speaking to me. I know I will certainly be referring your company to friends who are traveling to Italy in the coming months. And I hope to be back in Italy again soon and will reach out again to you.
Thanks again. Ciao!!
